Missing cats

Reward offered for recovery of missing cats. The middle cat was found locked in a cage with no food or water sitting in his urine & feces left to die near a homeless camp by Day Island Park in Springfield. but the other 2 remain missing & believed to be in danger. Woman who last had them said they were going to be companion animals for her disabled son and she had shaved underneath of her hair. Male Siamese on left and female Siamese/mix on right. Microchipped. Please help, we are worried sick.
