We are looking to share our NE 560 square feet studio with an emerging / youngish (young at heart) artist. Space has skylights, tall ceiling in quiet studio building with 24 hour access. Wood floors, so not good for welding or big kilns, but open to all sorts of artists, designers, makers. We are two relatively professionalized artists who like clear communication, spreadsheets, and community vibes. Reach out of you think you would like see the space and meet. Rent would be $150 a month
