This position is one of the most critical positions on our management team. You are the on-site leader of our remodeling projects, in charge of producing quality remodels on schedule and budget. Our goals are to deliver profitable, high-quality projects and create cheerleader clients. Your construction skills and experience, willingness to do hands-on work, management capabilities, and the ability to orchestrate labor, materials, and subcontractors are crucial to the success of each project. Does This Describe You: • Self-starter • Able to plan and complete projects on schedule • Strong communication and people skills • Able to keep clients informed about the schedule and progress • Diligent about filling out and turning in the necessary paperwork • Strong attention to detail • Skilled & knowledgeable about residential construction and the processes involved • Strong organizational skills • Able to identify and point out sub-standard quality work • If you commit, you keep your word Position Description: • Able to work with our design team to orchestrate their design • Plan a project schedule and coordinate subcontractor work • Willing and able to work hands-on as necessary for project success • Maintain working relationships with our subcontractors • Stay in an ongoing conversation with our client about the work • Be sensitive to our client's emotional wellbeing • Coordinate City building inspections and meet with inspectors • Use creative problem-solving ideas to ensure the project's successful completion Qualifications: • Must have construction tools and reliable transportation • Must have a mastery of most phases and skills needed for successful residential remodeling • Must have reliable transportation for yourself, your tools, and materials Please submit your resume and cover letter after taking the survey above.
