Need help w/drainage, install perf. pipe, drainrock & backfill

Arlington WA (close to Smokey Pt.). I need help to install about 100+' of perforated pipe (3") and back fill the dirt onto it manually (shovel or a small piece of equipment). It's a SURFACE DRAIN (shallow ditch, not a lot of work to back fill) due to the soil type and it's about a 100' stretch. The small ditch was dug by an excavator today, now I just need to plant the pipe, cover with some drain rock & paper, and back fill the dirt into the shallow surface "gutter". Let me know your experience & equipment and let's talk. It can be done manually but if you have a very small tractor it would make it easier to spread the gravel and back fill the dirt. Pay DOE and equipment, or come by and give a bid. It's not a big job as the shallow ditch is in. Text me with info. about your background & equipment and we will figure out a fair pay for this small job. Would like it done by Tuesday.
