Family owned and operated multi-family management company looking for passionate and quality maintenance technicians, supervisors, and those skilled in specialized trades. We are offering a $500 signing bonus for all those who are hired and remain in their position for over 90 days. We also provide our employees with $500 for each referral that is hired and stays for over 90 days! Our company is expanding and we are looking for applicants who are willing to be trained or who are skilled to come and take over a project. Properties are all different ages and sizes. Salary/wages range from $18-30/hour, depending on experience and location you are hired for.
