Garbage furniture removal deep cleaning needed.

Third floor apartment needs a deep cleaning and junk removed. It will require heavy lifting. I have some furniture that needs to be removed and trash on the back porch. I also need the apartment deep cleaned because there were pets in the apartment. I would like each room floor, walls, windows etc.. cleaned. If you also do painting that would be great too. I just need a little wall painting around the kitchen area where the cats scratched. Also would like the stairs clean from the first floor to the third floor back and front of the house. Need this done right away.
