South Plymouth - Cedarville area - Fall Clean-up Work... This is not a full-time employment opportunity. This is an independent contractor position. We need someone or a company for 2-4 days (4-6 hours each day) for a couple of weeks. BUT - If you are the kind of person* or company who can work on your own, without constant oversight, there might be more opportunities available. We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, hard-working person or company who can work and complete projects independently. This is a drama free gig. If you are the right person* or company, we might have more opportunities and client referrals. Thank you. $18 per hour - IC 2-4 days (4-6 hours each day) for a couple of weeks. PT * Who is the Right Person or Company? 1. Someone who can follow directions. (As the client, we will give you a list and explain the project. We welcome questions if you are not sure about a task or using a tool.) 2. Someone who is reliable. (Meaning that the individual and/or company will show up and work for the client when they say they will show up and work. You can change your schedule anytime. It's your business, but please just let us know as soon as you know - if you're not going to keep the appointment.) 3. Someone who is willing to do the job the way the client wants. (Please ask first, if you want to change something or be creative. The client might have another idea in mind.) 4. Someone who is willing to do yard work. (If your company's people hate raking leaves, cleaning up areas, and moving yard or garden materials, this is probably not the right gig for you or them. We welcome creative people and companies, but please ask before making changes.) 5. Someone who will work free of illegal drugs, and they will be sober on the client property (s). 6. Someone who will work alone for the time being. (We are not looking for a team. We have a budget that does not include more than one person at this point.) 7. Someone who understands that this gig is an independent contractor (IC) position, not employment. You will be asked to sign an IC agreement. (We a pay per hour not by project. We pay for the hours worked at the end of each day.)
