Band seeking female vocalist for lead/harmony/backup vocals

We are a newly formed 4-piece band composed of professionals (in areas other than music) in their 40s and early 50s. We are looking for a seasoned female singer to join the band and work collaboratively on original material plus a few select covers (mostly rock/funk/alternative). The idea is to sing lead vocals on some songs and harmony/backup vocals on others, closely integrated with the male singer. We get together at least once a week for about 3 hours in the evening at our rehearsal space in Waltham and expect similar dedication. We are only available to gig occasionally (1-2 times a month), so if gigging is a priority, we won’t be a good fit.
