Merman needs help soon. He is at Chicago Care and Animal Control, but due his status there, he sometimes can’t be seen on a walk in. These dogs spend almost all their time in a small cage. If you can save his life, let me know how I can help! I believe he failed his leash test, and has been deemed bad with other dogs, but the leash test is stressful for some dogs!
