Medium Sized Dog for Rehoming

We have a 2 and a half year old lab mix for rehoming. It is with a sad heart that due to financial circumstances we are forced to rehome our family dog. He is 2.5 years old and is current on rabies vaccine but he does need a bordetella vaccine. We are asking a rehome fee to ensure he goes to a good, loving home. He would not do well with small animals but would be good with kids. We have had him since he was 12 weeks old and our twins were 2. He has never had any issues with strangers or kids but he does chase squirrels in our yard. He is quiet outside and will bark to alert if someone comes close to the house. He is crate trained and house trained and knows basic commands. He weighs about 45 pounds and is a medium size dog. Thank you.
