Parakeets with cage

I have a pair of parakeets that come with their cage. The blue one is a male, he is 1 year old and the yellow one is a female, she is 4 years old. They need to go together as they are bonded. The female will sit on your hand and shoulder, the male will watch from a distance, lol. They are used to being out of their cage flying around during the day so it would be nice if someone would be able to do that with them. They are great little birds I am just trying to downsize as I have acquired too many animals.please send me your phone number $100 for them with their cage, toys and food.
