Am I the only one here driven mad by the distinct lack of any music that does not require a cowboy hat and a slide guitar to make? Do you sit in frustration, knowing your talents are wasted in your location? Me too! I realize NW Florida is a trailer park with an on-site beach, but surely there must be other frustrated non-rednecks around here that want to make music that doesn't rely purely on musical twang and embarrassing vocal accents to cover up overall mediocrity. I'm down for any music that does not require a rebel flag, red state politics, and a hood in the closet. Is this even a possibility down here? If so, reach out. Maybe there are more of us than I think...but I've been stuck down here for two years and I've seen exactly one band that does NOT meet the above criteria. Who knows...maybe we could be the next!
