I'm converting empty garage 760 ft² to office I need to install new water,drain, sewer lines,--- shower, toilet, sink. Frame 2 bathroom walls In the corner. later drywall and paint.Install 80 ft² of tiles in the bathroom. Reposition few existing electrical outlets. Cut and install new windows,8 or 9. You need to have all tools required.I will bring buy and bring material I'm paying honest money, in cash,and expect honest work.Please do not waste my time, if you are new to this business, or you need your girlfriend to drive you around.
