Kirkland Oktoberfest September 23-25th We are looking to hire event staff for Kirkland Oktoberfest in the heart of Kirkland, WA! We have a variety of roles available: - Production Assistant : Helping make the magic happen by helping with set up, load in, decor, and other various production tasks. - Front of House positions : Making sure guests have the best experience possible helping at pouring stations, front gate, box office, merchandise, and more. Roles and duties include: - Helping set up, prepare, and decorate the festival - Setting up tables and chairs - Ensuring excellent levels of customer service - Working the front gate, scanning tickets, and wrist banding customers - Helping at beer pouring stations, taking tickets, pouring drinks - Answering questions at the box office/ volunteer check in - Selling tickets, merchandise, and tickets to attendees Looking for: - Great organizational skills and high attention to detail - Friendly with excellent guest service skills - Good problem solving-skills Some positions require standing for long periods of time.
