Need a hard working person who will clean up this house and keep it so. Part time, our tools, etc. Amount of time required per week may vary, and will be determined by mutual agreement. Paid as desired: cash, check, etc. $25/hr. No hard labor or heavy lifting, just help keep clean the kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, etc. A routine can be agreed upon that works for us both. References (business and personal) will be needed.
