I need a part time helper for apartments upkeep, general maintenance and landscaping at 2 apartment buildings. Light grass cutting, some occasional painting, electrical and plumbing. Can learn about plumbing and electrical on the job. No tools needed. I have the tools. Will usually provide lunch when working.
