Rehoming my 5 year old orange cat

I have the sweetest boy named Roopert that I am looking to rehome. I have had him for 5 years and he has been such a good cat. He loves to cuddle a chill out, he doesn’t scratch furniture and is really calm. Since getting him a kitten for a brother 2 years ago, and adding a dog to the family, he has been really unhappy and shown some signs of behavioral problems like marking in the house. This was never an issue when he was an only pet, so I am confident it wouldn’t be a problem in a new family. He really was the best pet in the world, so easy! I have tried everything to stop the issues and am heartbroken to have to do this, but I can’t rehome the other 2. He would be so happy in a home where he is the only animal and someone works from home or is home often. I am asking for a rehoming fee of $70 to ensure he is going to a loving home.
