For the experienced or well researched axolotl keeper, I have some sweet little Axolotl babies that will be needing homes. They are still small, young/ babies, (currently range about 2 to 2 and 3/4 inches) and are being fed 2 feedings per day of cut/chopped frozen bloodworms mixed with frozen brine shrimp and mini sized sinking carnivore pellets, and some small live food (bloodworms, daphnea, mosquito larvae, black worms). I drop the food directly in front of their face or use forceps for them to snap up (they like being hand fed). They require a cool temperature cycled tank or temporary tub of clean dechlorinated water, with no substrate (no gravel and are too small for sand) and a place to hide (they do not like bright light).
