We are a local Landscaping firm in SE WI. looking for to fill multiple positions for the upcoming winter season. Positions we are looking to fill: -Snow plow driver. -Walkway clearing. -Lot clearing subcontractors with truck, plow, & salt spreader. -Walkway clearing subcontractors. All in house positions require: -Drivers license. (With a clean driving record) -Reliable Transportation to and from our shop. (Located in Menomonee Falls) -Team player that works well with others. -Flexible schedule during winter months. -Able to lift 50lbs +. Benefits: -Paid weekly (Direct deposit) -Overtime over 40Hrs. -Reliable equipment. -Positions available come spring. Subcontractor Requirements: -Must have General liability / auto insurance required for snow removal. -Reliable equipment. -Flexible schedule. -Some shoveling required. -Plow and salt spreader. (We provide the salt) Benefits: -Paid quickly after snow events. (Net 15) -Tight routes. -Salt supplied. -1" trigger for plowing. Our customers rely on us, so in turn we rely on you. Dependability is MUST! Looking to start before the snow? If so, we have full time positions open to finish out the Fall season until the snow flies.
