Part Time Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas Must Love Dogs! We are looking for a dependable, positive, hard working person to join our team! We prefer that any applicants have experience in animal husbandry and/or veterinary field, however no previous experience is required. Must be 16 or Older and have Reliable Transportation. Candidates must provide daily care of animals, including feeding, cleaning and sanitizing of animal waste. Washing soiled pet bedding. Handling of small puppies with care to prevent accidental injury. Washing pets as needed. They must also pay close attention to pets' status such as signs of stress and changes in eating or elimination habits, promptly notifying veterinarians and supervisors when a pet needs medical attention. The proper candidate will pay close attention to details, understand and follow proper feeding and sanitation procedures, and monitor pets. Must be able to provide references of past Dependable employment history and Or Character References and be prepared to pass a background check. Students Welcome! This would be a great after school job. Being available for emergencies ( Short Notice) is a Plus. Must be able bodied: Lift, Bend, reach the floor for ground cleaning and lift up to 50 lbs. Work Hours and Days: Two, Consecutive ( back to back) days a week for up to 3 hours a day. ( One, Full Week each Month) Is a Plus but not required. ( 2 to 3 hours a day for 7 consecutive days) The Monthly extra work week is Negotiable/Flexible. Pay : $11 to $15 Per Hour. Will depend on Experience and Qualifications/ Negotiable No Previous Experience Needed! We offer on the job training.
