I have 100+ baby snails. They are 3 weeks old today and just bigger than a pea. They will eat algae and scraps of fish food. They also love algae wafers. At this size, you will want algae wafers always available. Mystery snails breathe air, so I think tanks 12in or shorter are best when they are small. 5 snails for $10. Comes with some algae wafers.
