Yard Re-grading Help

Looking for help re-grading and hardscaping small back-yard. Ideally looking for someone with access to a small tiller (or similar device), wheelbarrow, and truck. Experience doing re-grading or similar work is needed. Backyard is approximately 35' x 35'. After yard is regraded, I want to install a 10' X 10' patio with 24" x 24" pavers. And then add sod to the remaining areas. We would be working together, likely over the course of 2 days, perhaps with one or two other helpers. I would pay you in cash at the end of each 8-hour workday.
