Paid gig - rate negotiable + 20% of lifetime album revenue (digital, vinyl, cassettes). Seeking female vocalist with alto to soprano range for avant-garde doom metal album recording. Recordings planned for November 2022 through February 2023 in LA area. Vocal recording can take place during or after recordings. Instrumental demo of album can be provided! Recordings would range from a small section in the first song to larger sections in the other two. Album length is around 38 minutes. No screaming or aggressive vocals required or planned. Album focuses on heavy tones with a bit of melancholy and despair but also a bit of uplifting, ethereal riffs - all at a slow tempo (50bpm-90bpm). Demos of your singing would be much appreciated!
