Me: Bass player with some backing vox and over 35 years of experience has been working the scene here for a few years and am looking for a new project. Deep repertoire spanning multiple genres (rock, funk/disco, blues, alt, twang, etc), so chances are I know most of your set list already. Have a good day job so not looking to play more than 2/3x a month, but I always put in the work on my own, at practice and on stage. Reliable transportation, gear, and no substance issues. Not looking to do this for the dough, but also not interested in playing all night for two free drinks and a pizza either. You: You have a varied set list that avoids the head-scratching deep cuts and overplayed cliches, you have shows booked at some of the better venues around town, and you have a following. PLEASE: No start-ups or original projects. Looking for a plug-n-play situation - I come down, audition, we dig each other, and I learn your sets for your next show. If this sounds good, happy to send audio/video clips, etc on demand.
