Experienced carpenter needed. We are remodeling a house in Wharton. If you're not interested in going to Wharton, do not respond to this ad. Wharton is about 45 minutes south of Sugar Land. You will be installing joists throughout a 1500 one story house. The house is pier and beam. There will be a helper on the premises to help with installing the joists. 1x4 lumber will be installed on top of the new joists. The job pays $25 per hour in cash upon completion.
