Maintenance Technician through C Star Management for Diamond Creek Apartments Located in Norman, OK. Experience is preferred and you will be expected to work 40 hours per week and be on an on-call rotation. This position comes with health, vision and dental insurance after working for the company for 90 days. Get apartments made ready for next tenant to move in. Up-keep grounds, pool and common areas General maintenance around the apartment complex. Experience in plumbing, hvac, electric and appliances is preferred. Hours: M-F 8:30-5:30.
