Serendipity Labs is an upscale, hospitality-driven flexible workspace provider in the heart of downtown Orlando, located on the 3rd floor of the CNL 1 Tower right next to City Hall. We offer full-service workspace solutions for businesses of any scale, including coworking, dedicated desks, private offices, team rooms, hybrid options, and a variety of meeting and event space, all in a community of like-minded professionals. This event is open to the public, so please feel free to share with others and spread the word. We’d love to see a packed house that night! Please find details on where to park and building access below. If driving: -The garage address is 460 Boone Ave, which is different than the building address. However, they are attached by way of a sky bridge (We suggest plugging in the garage address on your GPS). -We recommend you park in the widest part on the 6th floor or above and take the garage elevator to the third-floor sky bridge (see image below). You’ll know it’s the right area if you see 3 elevators. -Look for signs to CNL Tower 1 (this is the building we are in). -You will go past the City Hall 2nd floor entrance and walk to the Security desk located at the end of the walkway just past the escalators. -Security will escort you to our floor, and we will meet you in the café. If walking: -Enter the building on the 1st floor -Take the escalator on your right hand side up to the 2nd floor -Once you reach the 2nd floor, turn to your left and you'll see the security desk. They will escort you to our floor.
