We are looking for reliable and skilled candidates for taping, compound and painting jobs. Must have knowledge and skills from prep through finish coat. Be able to meet physical demands of job, work as team, and without supervision. Must be available for day shifts Monday - Friday. Steady work. Located in Queens, NY Roles and Responsibilities: · Tape and Compound · Painting – require knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques. · Site prep – building scaffolding, covering fixture, etc · Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, removing old paint, etc · Level 4 finishing · Attention to detail · Adhere to all health and safety precautions CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THEIR OSHA CARD, SITE SAFETY TRAINING CARD AND VALID ID. Minimum Requirements: 1. There are no formal education requirements for this position. 2. There are certain medical and physical requirements. Manual dexterity and balance needed. 3. Work authorization License Requirements: 1. Osha 30 card 2. SST 10 Hour card 3.
