Description

This class is a total body workout that will get your heart rate pumping and will include a 6-minute warm up followed by blocks of body-weight exercises that target the upper body, lower body, core and cardio for a full body experience. We will end with a cool down and some stretching. Bring some water and a yoga/fitness mat if you have one. The class is high intensity, but modifications will be offered for all fitness levels. I encourage you to join consistently so that you can benchmark your fitness level and get stronger as the weeks progress. Class is led by Carlos Hernandez and will be held by the baseball field. *The Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) host the annual Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series, sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
