2022 CSBC Childcare Pre-Registration for "Better Together" State Convention

The following are the prescribed time slots that childcare will be available during the course of the convention. Childcare is being provided exclusively at the Bryte Church address only. Monday, October 24th 4:45 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, October 25th 8:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, October 25th 12:45 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 25th 6:15 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, October 26th 8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. When completing the registration order form, please be sure to indicate at what time slots you will be requiring the childcare pre-registration. Please keep in mind early registration cut off is October 10th. Parents will also be asked to complete a brief child form to check in each child before each session. While completing the registration information you will be asked to provide a brief medical history of the child including allergies, and any medical conditions or concerns the childcare provider should be made aware of. The director, staff or volunteers of the CSBC, will not administer any medication to your child while the child is in our care. A parent or guardian must administer all medications.
