Opportunity for a Lead Foreman experienced in residential and light commercial wood framing. Advanced framing knowledge and awareness of building codes related to framing as well as basic understanding of other trades so our framing work accommodates others. Must be able to read and build off of architectural plans. Ability to manage 4 to 5 man crew. Awareness to be several steps ahead of the current work to ensure materials needed are onsite, able to identify issues with plans in advance to allow for time for resolution or in the field modification. Effectively and professionally communicate with Builders, Project managers, Architects and Homeowners. Our team is made up of very motivated younger skilled carpenters. Very easy going work environment but still fast paced work. Looking to have a good match with our existing team.
