The challenge is simple, just commit to the 6 mix - 6 simple daily habits to elevate your life, mind, body, and spirit! Commit to 60 days. Commit to trying again when you fall off course. Commit to showing up for yourself and attending the event! Each person who attends will receive a 60 Day Summit journal to track your progress. A lite lunch is provided as well.
Day of summit details - enter on the South side of the building, walkway around to back of the building. Parking available in a few locations, Kings Cove, and Cardiology Parking. There is other parking in the area as well.
