Come learn these answers and also how to use this information in your day-to-day life according to your own nature! We will discuss the attributes of each dosha, as well as practicing the different forms of yoga that coincide and enjoy complimenting essential oils and herbal tea mixes. Led by: Amita Basra is Ayurvedic Practitioner and Registered Nurse as well as a Reiki and Theta Healer. Amita worked in the hospital for over 16 years before making the shift to Eastern medicine. Her background and education is a combination of allopathic, holistic and energy sciences. Amita uses this diverse foundation to help others heal themselves on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
