Description

7 to 11 year olds can spend a very enjoyable 4 hours learning about Japanese culture and cooking. The first 2 hours of the class they'll learn some Japanese greetings, how to use chopsticks properly, origami project, and a small Japanese snack before the cooking class. The last 2 hours will be focused on learning how to make a cute "Kawaii Bento". A cat, teddy bear, bunny, or chicks. The children will learn how to make rice in a rice cooker, make the cute flower pieces, hard boiled chicks, and the steamed cake.
