Vishoka Meditation - the Yoga of Inner Radiance with Kirsten Joy Burch The Vishoka Meditation Technique is a practical set of relaxation, breathing, movement, and meditation practices that lead to a space of deep still, unconditional joy, and illumined peace. This methodology dates back to the great Sage Kapila from the 6th century BCE. It has been practiced and taught by numerous great masters of the Himalayas including Gautama Buddha. This practice and the benefits of its methodology are written about in the Yoga Sutra (1:36, 3:34), Shiva Sutra, Lotus Sutra, Bhagavad Gita and several of the Upanishads. This practical application of yoga is passed down from generation to generation to develop a life and mind that lives without anguish, with greater clarity and fulfillment. These techniques arranged in a precise order leading to a precise outcome: a long and resilient life, the ability to stretch the boundaries of physical and mental abilities, healing, and rejuvenation. This is a methodology to transcend anguish and remorse, leading you to become more established in Vishoka - absolute sorrowless joy. It's simple, but not easy! AUG28 Step 3: Calm and repair the nervous system through deep relaxation combined with breath awareness for greater Pranic sensitivity. Enjoy the ancient 75 Breath Technique. SEP 24 Step 4: Finding your Seat, the importance of cultivating a Yogic Lifestyle (and how to maintain it in an ever changing world!), preparing for the main body of Vishoka Meditation.OCT 23 Step 5: Putting it all together - enjoy a complete 'Long Practice' that includes movement, pranayama, relaxation, and the Main Body of Vishoka Meditation.
