Record Collectors looking to prune some of their vinyl (duplicates, out of favor genres, don't know why I bought this? etc.) have very few means of exchange that are not e-commerce. Sure, we could use FB Market Place, Ebay - but what fun is that? Besides, shipping discs out weekly can be a hassle. Record buyers too are limited to those same e-commerce outlets or their local record shops (which are awesome btw - keep buying from them!!!!). That said, many shops get support from the other Record Day - ya know the other RSD. Record Score Day brings Sellers, Buyers and Swappers together for exchanging (at fair prices) to pare down or build up their collections. But least I forget the ulterior motive - we get to spend time with like minded music lovers with a fondness for the OG format. It's free to attend and other music related stuff will be there (Not CD's). C'mon it'll be fun!
