This two-part event is in collaboration between Greater Grace Church “Ladies of Grace” and Christian Hospital Outside in the foyer is a Health Fair that will start from 10 am – 2:00 pm The health fair will offer the following things: Blood pressure checksCholesterol ChecksA1C / Glucose Checks for those who qualifyScheduling Mammograms for those with and without insuranceInformation on Well womenInformation on how and why you need a Primary Care Physician (PCP)Inside is a service that will include a Celebration of Survivor and it will start at 10:30 – 1:30 pm and include: Speakers on Breast health awarenessSpeakers on the need for PCPPanel discussion Living Through Breast CancerCelebrating Breast Cancer Survivors (For the first 50 Breast Cancer survivors to register on Eventbritewill receive a survivor bell) to take home.
