I would like to know what current and past residents of Oakhill apartments on 12th st se think of the complex. I will tell you what I think currently and how it used to be. I've been in this complex over 10 years and it was and amazing quiet complex with some really nice people, maybe few sketch people here and there. But as of 4 or 5 years ago this complex changed for the worse. Now we have a guy who likes to assault other residents and make threats and thinks he's all that cause he's a former Marine. Then we have a peeping Tom who's name is seriously Tom. We got a guy who thinks he is slick by telling the 'ladies' of the complex that if they need help to ask him, yeah right, don't think so. He hangs with the 1st guy I mentioned. So that tells ya how he is. We got 2 apartments that the people are related to each other where there is tons of in and out traffic. False accusations against the good people who have lived here a long time. Then now we got tweakers left and right wandering around looking for their drugs. This complex was a really nice place until recently. I realize background checks have to be done and theses slick criminals still get through but this is getting ridiculous. It's sad to see the good people move out cause they don't feel safe in their own 4 walls.
