I picked up a young(few months old) guinea pig from a couple of people not even two days ago who made it seem like they had spoiled cavies. Truth be told? It wound up turning into an unintentional rescue. This boy is in fairly rough shape and I was not prepared to handle his immediate medical needs. It seems as though he has an upper respiratory infection given he has a snotty nose and rasps as he breathes. He still has an appetite and really loves his veggies and still is actively drinking water but he's also very sneezy. He desperately needs to go to a home and/or rescue that can get him the help he requires and most certainly deserves. And asap. He is free to whomever thinks they can swing by and give him a hand.
