Just us as Samantha Devine, Amherst based Ayruveda practitioner, guides us through the basics of Ayurveda and the concept of Ritucharya. ‘Ritu‘ means season and ‘Charya‘ means routine. Ritucharya consists of Ayurvedic lifestyle changes according to the seasons of the year. As our seasons change she'll be sharing ideas on how we can live in harmony with nature and best support ourselves. About our guest: Samantha Devine is 2020 graduate of Boston Ayruvedic School and has a practice in Amherst, NH. When not in her office she may be found coaching women’s lacrosse, at the ocean or in her kitchen cooking. Our meeting is held at the Spinal Corrective Center, just off 101A on the Milford/ Amherst line (next to the Shoe Box and Montessori school), and are free and open to the public, so that soon-to-be members can give us a test-drive to see if you've finally found your "tribe" within our Holistic Moms Network Hillsborough County, NH Chapter.
