We're excited to offer again a special brewery dinner featuring our neighbors to the north, Bell's Brewery! We'll have specially formed 5 course meal that is paired with 5 beers from Bells.
Tickets are required and will act as your RVSP. Dinner starts at 6:30pm.
MENU & BEERS FEATURED:
First Course: Rabbit tartine with Bosc pear, pancetta, and Muenster cheese on a rustic French bread toast point.
Pairing: Kentucky Mule, Bourbon Barrel-aged Ale, 8.3% ABV
Second Course: Moroccan-style salad with chick peas, quinoa, and garden vegetables. Garnished with pistachios.
Pairing: Sparkleberry, Raspberry Belgian-Style Ale, 9% ABV | 10 IBU
Third Course: Tuna Poké bowl with sweet and green onions, macadamia nuts, and a sticky rice ball.
Pairing: Two Hearted Ale, IPA, 7% ABV | 55 IBU
Fourth Course: Classic German Rouladen made with a house-made relish. Served with a parsnip puree and brown gravy.
Pairing: Ocktoberfest, Märzen, 5.5% ABV
Fifth Course: Chocolate cupcake made with beef tallow and a hint of espresso, topped with buttercream frosting.
Pairing: Oatmeal Stout, Stout, 7% ABV
