Opened in 2021, the Clearbrook Community Mental Health Center serves adults who are diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability and have a mental illness. It offers individual, group, or family sessions, either in person or virtually, and serves both Clearbrook clients and members of the community. Informational Tours are FREE but advanced registration is required and space may be limited. Deadline to register is Monday, September 26th. Educational Outreach events are designed to provide families, educators, and service providers with useful information related to the transition process as well as life in the community after educational entitlements end.
