No experience needed and all levels are welcome! Led by Helsa Thompson with The Aura House, each month our class will offer a different focus to help you embrace the full benefits of movement, stretching & meditation through yoga. Classes will be held every 3rd Sunday from 8:30am-9:30am beginning Sunday July 17th, 2022 Pay per session at $15/class or snag our Yoga 6 pack and save over 30% per session!
