Explore techniques for high-quality espresso beverages in this 2-1/2 day barista skills class.
We’ll explore the sensory impacts of the coffee itself and the effects of varying espresso brewing parameters. We’ll also practice workflow management for efficiency and introduce fundamental latte art skills.
This course builds on the skills and knowledge introduced in Barista Skills Foundation, so successful completion of that course or an approved equivalent is required prior to attending.
