Thank you for clicking! We are looking for a Lead Automotive Mechanic to partner with us to run the everyday tasks and serve multiple cars (and customers) per day! NOTE - We are trying to find a Partner to take lead at our shop -- If you are interested in running your own business, then this opportunity is for you. The mechanic Shop is located in Arlington Heights, Illinois and is connected to a Citgo Gas Station. This is a very busy mechanic shop that has been established for many years and has potential for growth. Responsibilities: · Repair automobiles - mainly everyday cars, motorcycles, and trucks. · Lead the day-to-day processes/tasks to complete the requested repairs · Mechanical and troubleshooting skills · You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles and transmission systems. · Hire other automobile mechanics if needed (We will help you with this!) ​​​​​ · Specialize in vehicle transmission systems · Perform routine vehicle maintenance · Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components · Perform quality inspections before returning the vehicle to the customer Qualifications: · Previous experience as a mechanic - ideally, you have years of experience. · Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills · Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve · Enjoy working in a dynamic environment · Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively. · Knowledge of shop equipment · Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills · Valid driver's license and clean driving record · Deadline and detail-oriented · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment If you are ready to run your own shop and take control of your own passion, then please apply immediately to discuss this potential PARTNERSHIP opportunity
