The Adapted Athlete began as a small class in July of 2021. Over the past year, we have hosted free social events, became a nonprofit, created community partnerships, and expanded our programs to serve better serve individuals with special needs. The future of our program is just as BRIGHT and BOLD as the individuals we serve! We can’t wait to share more with YOU! The Adapted Athlete Launch Party will feature service provided by the athletes themselves. We will be hosting a silent auction with items created by our athletes as well as local businesses who support our program. Light appetizers will be served. Join us as we honor the road taken to building our program and hear more about the future of inclusion for the athletes of Visalia!
