Description
Kitchen exhaust cleaning is required by law for virtually every commercial cooking establishment in the United States. We service restaurants, hospitals, hotels etc. Our technicians work with a partner flexible hours; Sunday - Thursday. Schedule provided a week in advance. A weekly in-house check in is required on Friday morning to turn in paperwork etc., receive upcoming schedule/paperwork and restock your truck with supplies.
Job Duties
* Power washing of Kitchen equipment, exhaust systems, ducts, fans, filters, walls, floors etc.
* Assist with set up and break down of all job sites and the equipment.
* Assist with the polishing of all stainless steel kitchen hoods.
* Setting up of wet/dry vacuums, high pressure hoses, pre-sprayers, ladders, plastic sheeting etc.
* Maintain equipment to proper working condition and report any mechanical deficiencies to Lead tech.
*Complete required paperwork & photos as required.
*Be able to communicate well with customers.
Job Requirements
* Have a Valid Drivers License - a company truck is provided.
* Work in unison with a partner to complete jobs.
* Be dependable; able to show up for jobs on time; read and understand safety plans and procedures.
* Be physically fit; able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
*Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum of 100 feet.
* Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
* Be able to work in both hot and cold weather climates - year round.
