Join Sabil for a " Women Only Special Session" Carolina Elizabeth Lastra is a Psychologist who is passionate about helping people live their best life. She has ten years experience caring for or educating children with special needs. (Autism Spectrum Disorder) She is a trained swimming instructor and Aqua Therapy coach. Carolina will give us a 45 minute Aqua Therapy session in the comfort of a beautiful private home, followed by a light lunch and discussion on how mothers, grandmother , sisters and aunties can fist start to recognize the signs of Autism in a small child they love. Please bring your own swim gloves & water weights if you have them. And as always let's support the planet and your health by bringing your own reusable water bottle.
