RE:Her is excited to showcase the tastes and talents of two of our members - Nativo's Corissa Hernandez and Todo Verde's Chef Jocelyn Ramirez. We are celebrating generational agaves and the women inspired by their flavors through a tasting that pairs smokey, rich, and aromatic savory plant-based bites inspired by ancestral Mexican dishes cooked on an open flame with earthy and rooted agave spirits produced by female makers. We are presenting a four-course savory and sweet tasting created by Chef Jocelyn Ramirez of Todo Verde, accompanied by four agave spirit pairings curated by Corissa Hernandez of Nativo in collaboration with Agua del Sol Mezcal, El Tesoro Tequila, and Casa San Matias Tequila. Join this women- and agave-centered tasting in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month featuring mezcal and tequila from Agua del Sol (Reyna Rodriguez - Maestra Mezcalera), El Tesoro (Jenny Camarena - Director of Operations), and Casa San Matias (Carmen Alicia Villareal - Owner). Event notes: We will have non-alcohol tickets available if you wish to enjoy the dinner without the tequila and mezcal pairings. Ticket: $150 per ticket for a seated tasting 4 course savory and sweet tasting featuring Chef Jocelyn Ramirez of Todo Verde Four 1oz agave spirit pairings curated by Nativo in collaboration with Agua del Sol, El Tesoro and Casa San Matias.
