Drummer looking for motivated band

I've played live for many years and a strong music theory background. I play all the common stuff you hear cover bands play - rock, pop, country, whatever (but I'm not a jazz drummer). I'm looking for a band where: - members "learn" songs at home, not at rehearsal - members have an equal-ish voice in song choice - members are ready to go at rehearsal - members have the desire to play live, now! Making money is not super important to me, but I'm not into playing for free. I'm not into rehearsing for a year to do 30-40 songs. Pick 30-40 in our wheelhouse, learn them on your own and bring them together at rehearsal - and work as hard on others' songs as your own. It does mean getting out of your comfort zone now and again. :-) Maybe that's too demanding, but if you need a drummer with the above work ethic, please contact me. Thank you!
